DO NOT RENT WITH THIS LANDLORD AT THIS BUILDING. This building rents their basement out. My boyfriend and I rented here for 2 years . After we moved out, they deducted more than $1000 from our security deposit. They are all very unreasonable deductions. We kept the apt very clean and nice but they are very greedy people especially the landlord's daughter who is managing this building. She is very crazy, bipolar and super difficult to deal with. Be prepare to throw your security deposit down the drain if you rent here.
