Very polite, and very thorough. Takes extra steps to ensure proper care. Used a dental dam so I didn't have to struggle with bits of tooth in my throat. My previous dentist never did this and I always had that gag reaction to crumbles in the throat. Excellent service.
Office is hard to find, the address will leave you at the front of a large apartment building if you use GPS. The entrance is in the back, go to the second garage entrance, and tell the attendant you are there for the medical offices.Drive to the top of the garage, park and walk into the entrance. One floor down and on the left.
For what was certainly a less than optimal payment from my insurance, I was never treated poorly and received excellent treatment, in a very timely and professional fashion.
Clearly someone who does what they do properly and professionally.
The only con being hackensack, whoever designed that town should be beaten with a stick several times and then forced to navigate it during rush hour.
