Mario Tuchman DMD, MD

This is my second time seeing Dr. Tuchman to extract my last two wisdom teeth. He is professional and very laid back which is a plus for anyone who may have nerves going in for a procedure or consultation. He spent a great deal of time answering my questions and I never felt rushed or concerned as he is thorough in explaining every step of the procedure at hand including recovery times and any helpful recovery tips. The staff is awesome and very helpful. I can't say enough how great my experience has been and I woud recommend this practice to anyone.

We were visiting our daughter and needed to arrange for an emergency nerve block for facial pain. I had contacted Dr. Tuchman previously - surprise, he actually got on the phone to talk with me. Said he could do the specific block, and just to call at any time if needed. We did and, to my surprise, his staff immediately recognized the name, got my wife in quickly, and he was able to treat her effectively. Nice person, nice staff, nice experience from start to finish. Very capable . . . and did a follow up call to see how she was!

Dr. Mario Tuchman is an excellent dentist. I had both sets of my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Tuchman and both procedures went as smoothly and as painlessly as possible. I also had one of my lower molars removed and a bone graft procedure done with Dr. Tuchman which was also done impeccably. All of my questions were answered and from the get go I could tell I was dealing with a truly wonderful doctor. I usually get very nervous with dental procedures, but I had 100% trust in Dr. Tuchman going into it and he did not disappoint. Recovery time was minimal and Dr. Tuchman was happy to assist with any post-op questions. As pleasant as dental experience gets!

Absolutely the greatest experience I've had in any dental office to date. Its been 10 years since I've even been but the level of professionalism and courteousy he displayed was exceptional. This is a beautiful office in a beautiful location with wonderful, helpful and knowledgable staff. Every single review I read was positively accurate reinforcing Mario's excellent service to his patients. I HIGHLY recommend his practice to anyone who needs any oral care. Great man that does excellent work. I was petrified to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled but the operation went smoothly andf had very little pain after in the days to follow. The next morning doc even called me to see how I was feeling. Outstanding!

I saw Dr. Tuchman to have my wisdom teeth removed. Obviously this is not the kind of procedure that one looks forward to, but from the minute I met Dr. Tuchman, I knew I was in good hands. He has excellent bedside manner and discussed exactly what would happen during the procedure. He was also quite nice to my mom which goes a long way with me!

After the surgery, he personally followed up with a phone call to make sure I was OK. And I must have emailed him 5 times that week with questions and he immediately answered each one. Nowadays, reaching your doctor is a rarity, however, Dr, Tuchman stands out and it's evident that he truly cares about his patients.

Did I mention he's also an MD in addition to being an oral surgeon? I wish he would start an internal medicine practice so he could be my primary care phyisican as well! He's the best there is in NYC, if not beyond.
