I order a baby shower cake last weekend. It was my first time ordering a cake from there, and I am definatelly going back for all my cakes. The service was excellent. The person who took my order was very patient and helped me look for cake ideas to get exactly what I had in mind. I didn't see the cake until I got to the party and it was so beautiful and the taste was delicious. Everyone at the party kept asking where the cake was order from. I would recommend this bakery to everyone. They have such a great variety, and they were not expensive at all.

I have never been here before yesterday I went in to pick up a cake for someone else that place an order here. I first walk in and this man with bald head is yelling at a young Hispanic man asking him when was the last time he scraped and mopped the floor.
Everyone at the counter is too involved in trying to translate to the young man about mopping the floor meanwhile I am standing there not greeted at all I tell the older lady that I am there to pick up a cake for someone. She goes to the back and comes back out with no response. I see another lady come out like a chicken with her head cut off I ask how long will it be before they can bring the cake out I am in a cab, it's raining and the cake should be ready so the older lady says oh it will be ready in 5 minutes. Mind you this cake was ordered 2 days prior. It took them 20 minutes to finish the cake that should have already done. So the mouthy man that was screaming to the young man that doesn't speak English says your cake was to be picked up by 12 pm so next time you want to order a cake say you want it for 11 am but as I stated in the beginning I didn't order the cake I am just picking up for them and proceeds with just for the next time order it for the time you know your gonna come and it will be ready. My response to him was I will never be back due to the poor experience I had here and it was my first time. I had a lot of people to tell me how good the baked goods were but with the way they treat people I will never go back. The cake I picked up was a Tres leches cake with Strawberries and the cake was dry and tasted like the cake had been sitting for days. I don't recommend this place at all. I have had better cakes than this!

We were having a my daughter's 1st at our home for 100+ people. Everything was perfect but I forgot to order the cake. 3 days before the party I called and ordered the cake, no problem at all. It was massive and delicious and received tons of compliments on the taste and how beautiful it was. The owner himself delivered it and it was an all around awesome experience.

I Love the bread, best around-- and the Cakes are great!!! Ive been going there for years and the new owners are definitely as good as the old!! Keep up the great tastes!!!

Went in there for a tasting for a wedding cake. Before we even went in there we called just to get an idea of pricing and delivery charge since our wedding was not at all close to the bakery. They told us the delivery charge was $100 but they would come in cheaper than any other bakery and they may have even guaranteed that.
We wanted to get there at 6:30 as that was more convenient for us but gave my fiancé such a hard time saying we would be there for an hour and they close at 7 and to be there by 6, which we did and ended up waiting until 620-6-25 so right there I was already getting pissed but I was happy to be tasting some cake! NOPE not even a taste, they offered us nothing and we spoke with the owner, who didn't even introduce himself, shake my hand or anything...not even an apology for keeping us waiting...just right to business (personality as dry as the cake some other reviewers complained about, I wouldn't know since I came in for a tasting and got nothing).
What a waste of time this place was, not only was he almost $300.00 more than the least expensive cake we had priced out which I may have been ok with had I GOT A TASTING, because if I was floored by his samples, I would have maybe been ok with the jump in price, but he ended up chewing his own foot off on that one. He then told us the only way to save money was to pick up the cake ourselves and drive it out there. Yeah genius idea buddy, that's exactly what I want to be doing on the day of my wedding...delivering my own cake.
