I had such a great time visiting this gallery and looking at all the Hirschfelds. It was just plain fun! And how many galleries can you say that about? The number of images that Hirschfeld drew is staggering. Hirschfeld was truly a master of capturing the essence of the character he portrayed--even when that person was playing a role, he caught that actor as that role. Really, really worth the trip. And the head Curator, Daria, was so nice.
