This place is the worst. When i go to visit my elderly uncle folks walk around like zombies. The staff there are so rude ,you can always find one of them talking about a resident.What is that ? You leave your loved one in a facility expecting them to be safe. not umiliated and feeling shamed because the aid cannot hold their comments to themselves .THere is no supervision over their the staff do what they please , they say what they please and should not be trusted with anyones loved ones.And oh another thing when you conntact the social worker regarding issues , they always have attitudes and act like you're bothering them, dont leave a message becuase you will not get a call back. THe aids are just their to walk up and down the hallways they dont care about the residents at all. The only smiles i get when i go there is from the security and my relative.
