The stylist Toshia is very rude! She cut my bang too short then said; oh well! I spent $340.00 for my hair alone. Never going back there AGAIN!

I love getting my box braids here but recently I was very unsatisfied. I usually mix up between synthetic and human hair on my visits. Recently, I purchased my own human hair and came in for them to get braided. The same night...they were starting to slip out. I waited 2 days before I called to get them tightened. I came in, got them tightened and everything was fine. It's now only a week since I have received my hair braided and more braids are starting to slip out. I am very disappointed. I am going to take these braids out and get a relaxer. This is ridiculous and I feel like I've wasted my money.
