- Terrible #35339

After 20 years as a loyal and faithful customer- Tom decided that he was unable to complete my return 4 days before tax day. Largely because his cheap emails - went to my spam account. BUSINESS MUST BE SO GOOD FOR for Tom that his $1650 retainer was the reason for his delay.

Read here for the email he decided to publish about the account. You cant make this stuff up. Any new customers should strongly reconsider this firm for their poor practices.
