My fiance and I purchased a marble coffee table from these guys. The yard is really large and takes a long time to see everything. I guess that is a good things, since it gave us a really large selection. The sales guy was really nice and very patient with us. We found a few stones we liked but decided to go with a dark marble called Emperador Dark. They had it in two sizes, we went with the smaller one (since it is a coffee table), so we can move it easily. They cut the stone for us and fabricated a simple edge. We came back the next day to pick it up. The sales rep also showed us how to seal it properly. We had a great experience, and it was fun to see all the amazing stones.

This was the only place that had the granite I was looking for. We were in a rush to have the kitchen counters put in and they were able to do it in 3 days. We are going back there to do the bathroom vanity's next.

I'm a contractor. I referred a good customer to them. They delivered and installed a broken repaired vein. It later cracked again. They refused to do anything except ignore him. STOPPED TAKING OUR CALLS. Need I say more...my customer stopped calling me !

We just finished having our counter installed by Marble dot com, and i have to say i cant believe these people have a 4 out of 5 star rating. I've never dealt with a more disorganized, uninformative, unprofessional, rude GC. honestly, i wish i would have just went with home depot, there prices were almost the same. it would have been worth it to avoid the aggravation these clowns caused. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. below is a list of issues we had while trying to deal with this company:

1. We scheduled an appointment for measurement. When the tech arrived he was shocked to see that we did not have the sink disconnected, as he was supposed to be removing the counter tops that day. Of course, no one in the store made any mention that we needed to have this done, nor would we have agreed to have been without counter tops or a sink for over a week. Ridiculous.

2. Once measurements were taken, the showroom staff was supposed to send us an email photo of our stone, no photo was ever sent and i had to leave work in order to confirm our pick.

3. THE INSTALL WAS DONE POORLY LEAVING A LARGE AMOUNT OF LIPPAGE ON THE SEAM OF OUR BACK SPLASH, THIS COULD BE SEEN ACROSS THE ROOM. (I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS OF THE JOB THEY DID IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE QUALITY OF THIS PLACES WORK. JUST ASK).

4. once a appointment was made to have the crew return to fix the install job, no one showed up! NO CALL NO SHOW. I even got a confirmation the day before and left work specifically to get home to let them into the house. completely unacceptable.

5. After making ANOTHER appointment, which was SPECIFICALLY SCHEDULED BETWEEN 5pm and 6PM (so i wouldn't have to take off work to accommodate them again) to have the crew return to fix there mistake, which again i received a confirmation for, the crew showed up at 4pm (of course before i got home from work), If my wife hadn't been home sick from work, no one would have been there, and we wouldnt have even known they came . Again no call to ask if they can come early, just show up.

6. When i complained to the staff, no one seemed to care one way or the other. It was enraging.

TERRIBLE STAFF, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

THEY SUCK! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY DELIVERED AND INSTALLED A BROKEN TOP THAT HAD BEEN GLUED BACK TOGETHER. TOLD ME THEY DO THIS ALL THE TIME??????? BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! THIS IS AN UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY THAT TRIES TO CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL NOT MAKE GOOD ON THEIR PROMISES SO PLEASE BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION! I PAID FOR THIS TOP IN FULL AND NOW I HAVE TO LIVE WITH A BROKEN TOP. NOT RIGHT, BAD BUSINESS. THEY SUGGESTED DOING A PATCH JOB WITH A DIFFERENT COLOR MATERIAL. YOU MUST BE KIDDING. I'M A PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN DESIGNER. I WOULDN'T USE THESE GUYS AGAIN IF THEY GAVE ME A FREE TOP!
