A skilled, trained, pleasant professional who takes pride in his profession. This morning I went in with no notice and he repaired all the buttons on my coat while I waited. Get this... When he is done I try to pay him and he says "no charge"!! I try again and he refuses. A true class act. Wish there were more professionals like this around.
