I recently went to Maplecrest Ford in Union,NJ to get a vehicle. I was referred to Dave the salesman. He was very attentive and listened to my needs and concerns. He answered all of my questions and worked with me (and my budget) to get me what I wanted. A half an hour later, I was signing the papers on my new 2016! There was no haggling, no salesman stall tactics- just the best car dealership experience that I've ever had. Hats off to Dave - he even came in on his day off to make sure that all my paperwork was correct and signed and that the car was prepped for release. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I would recommend Maplecrest and my man Dave.

Fantastic dealership great sales people very knowledgeable was sent to this dealership by true car website met with Jeremy the Internet sales person that introduced me to Frankie Reynoso my sale specialist. Frankie had me in my new 2016 F150 in approximately 90 minutes this dealership looks the sell cars they do not look at the individuals they do not judge they are not pushy great salesmanship great staffing Will recommend this dealership to anyone plus giving them 5 1/2 stars

The process of buying a car is long and tedious. However, JJ made the experience fun and relaxing. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car in the near or not so future.

There should be an option for zero stars. They have to be the most rude service dept I've ever come across. Seems everybody besides my salesman Mr Cush have a condescending tone. I had a loaner car that was involved in a hit and run while it was parked and I performing my Law Enforcement duties. They have since treated like a criminal. I first called them and explained what happened. Without saying are you ok, I'm sorry to hear that, the rep (Jocelyn Rodriguez) says " if we do t find who hit the car your going to be responsible". It's been all downhill since. The next rep spoke in the same fashion. I was told I am responsible for the loaner car so I proceeded in that manner. After almost 3 weeks waiting for my car suddenly the car is ready for pick up. The rep tells me to pick the car up. I do so knowing the loaner is parked in my driveway damaged believing as I was told that I am responsible without any added info.. Got there and they would not release my car ... The rep then goes into this long story of how she's been working since 1991 and has never had anyone think in their wildest dreams they could have their car back without returning the loaner". The loaner which I was RESPONSIBLE for. Under normal circumstances, yes the car needs to be returned. Miscommunication accross the board. Nonetheless they have been RUDE BEYOND MEASURE

I am out of state and tried to purchase a car and they don't know how to make the transaction! I was going to fly in and drive the car back but was told they don't know how to sell to out of state people!?! I called my dmv and new jersey dmv and they both said it was easy to do and even told me the simple steps. The dealer ended up hanging up on me when I tried to talk to a manager and told me they would not sell me the car! Terrible dealer. I have bought several cars out of state with no problems. Do not even try to buy a vehicle from here if your not in new jersey. You will just be wasting your time.
After reading some 5 star reviews on here I noticed they are the people that work at this place...Graham Kirby is a manager and states in the review how great management is!
