My visits to Maple Pointe have have always been wonderful. The managers truly care about the residents, who seem very happy and active. I have nothing but good things to say about the place.

Our family had a very bad experience with the dementia unit at Maple Pointe. We reported the facility to the NYS Dept of Health. An on-site inspection was made and violations were issued. By law, you are entitled to ask for NYS DOH inspection results. I suggest that you review them before considering this facility.
