Maple Gardens Apartments

I just got a great bedroom apartment at maple gardens with the help of Alfredo Lebron. Moving from NYC for work purposes, I am excited getting this place. Nothing compared to the bad comments people post here. Great customer service, clean area, safe environment.

Rental amount is Rental amount is reasonable and the apartment sizes are spacious. The neighbors are hardworking people and fairly friendly. The children are respectful for the most part.

The complex is like a little oasis. A small store will supply your basics, provide money orders, newspapers, lotto, Deli request, and they have 2 ATMs; plus they stay open until 10pm.

The gym is never crowded and there is parking on premise.

Outside the gates, Express 107 bus to the city, local bus to and from Newark Penn Station.
Also, within walking distance of the complex are Supremo supermarket, Dollartree, Popeye’s, and various other businesses. A bus or a 10 minute walk will bring you to Springfield Avenue shops.

This complex gets a B+

I am really happy about the way things went through with the application process. Juwanna is a wonderful lady. She is patient and has a very good understanding of what she is doing. I did recommend her for future opportunities.

Ms. Mallard was very gracious. She took the time to answer all my questions. The apartment and properties looks amazing. I cant wait to move in.

I went in recently about the 2nd week of June to look at these apartments and I was given a tour of the apartments by Alfredo Lebron. He answered all my questions was extremely polite and professional. However I can not say the same for the women in this office they were laughing loud and on there cell phones. I could tell right off the back the only one who was professional in the office was Mr.Lebron. I heard the lady that was sitting in front of him being very rude to someone on the phone and on her cell phone at the same time.
The apartments were nice and the rent is very affordable however would not move into the apartments due to what I saw from the rest of the staff. I strongly recommend if you want to go see these apartments ask for Mr. Alfredo Lebron. My decision was also based on the area as well. I strongly Urge management to talk to the rest of their staff about being professional and dressing more professional. I would also like to say that through the whole time I was conversing with Mr. Lebron I thought he was a manager and was shocked when I happended to ask someone who lived there about how they liked living there. It came to a shock to me when the couple I spoke to advised me that the women in that office were constantly rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional even the office manager lady. I replied to them , "you mean Mr. Lebron isn't a manager they told me know but he was the nicest person in the office". Keep doing a great job Mr. Lebron !!
