This company ripped me off. I used another answering service for years and had an average monthly bill of about $350.00. One month with this company and it was $1100.00. They left my customers on hold for extended periods of time and charged me for every second. They also charged me for every time the phone rang and someone hung up or it was a telemarketer. Every hang up is a minimum of 36 seconds. They oddly seemed to get 10-20 hang-ups every night. I would have to assume that this company is fraudulently billing their clients. After I hired a new company, the hang-ups stopped.
