You ever wake up and think, "Today I would like to have a live octopus squirming around in my mouth." Yes? Well me too! That's how I started my morning. Well, not really. I didn't. (You're weird.) Anywaaaay, I got some chopped jellyfish and a couple whole octopuses (octopuses? octupi? octopodes? octopoodles?) I'll have to get used to the taste of jellyfish, honestly. Did not quite enjoy that. Octopus on the otherhand, tastes like an eraser, if erasers tasted really good. Oh and they are cheeeeeep, which is win-win.
The place is basically like a grocery store. Very crowded but large selection of REAL asian food. None of this american asian food. The seafood is very very fresh. Like "hey those barracudas are moving" fresh. Not just fish though, most of the seafood's alive. The checkout counters are strangely located and a bit ghetto, but the place ain't bad.
