WORST TAX OFFICE!

I went in and waited three hour's! The secretary could not pronounce my name! It was an absolute horror, my tax document was lost for about an hour, as one of the copy girl's went to photocopy them.
DISGUSTING!

LAZY-Stay Away! My wife and I went to Manuel Rodriguez in February 2010 to file our 2009 return. They screwed up and forgot to attach a form required to take advantage of a major credit. This mistake took 6 months to resolve, we didn't get our return until September. We gave them another chance to file our 2010 returns. We scheduled the very first appointment at 9am Saturday morning, but we were treated like a "walk-in" and waited 2 hours for servce. Now for some unknown reason I decided to go back to file 2011. I called to make an appointment but was told they were too busy to schedule an appointment but a "walk-in" was fine. Again, we arrived at 9am, waited 30 minutes with only two other people and we were all told "we can't promise a tax filing today, but we will do an extension for you". Why would anyone file an extension 5 days before the deadline? WE TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK TO DO THIS. Called a friend and found a better place only a few miles away.
