We were not welcomed when we first arrived. We were told to sit anywhere. It took a considerable amount of time before we were acknowledged and once we were our entire order was taken. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive. The food (specialty sushi rolls) were not memorable.

The combination of diner-like service and bland food made my experience less than stellar.
