Loved the service and my new motorized shades!
My husband and I recently purchased a brand new apartment in NYC, and began searching for companies that provided window treatments. Luckily, we found Manhattan Window Fashion online and decided to give them a call.
First of all, it was very easy to schedule a consultation over the phone, and we were able to get a designer to stop by within the same week.
The designer came (eynat)and she was very friendly, and most importantly she knew what she was doing. She knew what colors worked well with our room aesthetics. She was able to provide a good comparison of different products, telling us different prices, different functions, and different manufactures. So, we were able to consider shades that we never knew existed, but were exactly what we needed.
The designer was very honest in telling me that since these were custom motorized shades, that we did have to wait a couple of weeks before they arrived and were installed.
We waited two weeks to schedule an installation...and it was worth it!
The shades were made to fit perfectly my unique window. The installers were very professional and able to install in less than two hours. Best of all, they were very respectful of leaving the room as CLEAN as when they found it.
The whole process was very easy and helpful as new apartment owners in NYC. The staff was very friendly and professional. Overall, very great service for custom shades!
