I usually hated all my past experiences with Verizon stores, until this one. The store Manager Aasif is extremely well trained in verizon and resolved my issues with my Verizon plan. He stated that I had a prehistoric plan and apparently I was paying more for less.
He recommended taking advantage of the the stores currently promotion by getting a tablet and a hotspot for zero cost in store. It essentially would be package in and my price will stay the same but get more stuff.
I was apprehensive at first but when he broke it down and explained to me how he restructured my plan I was sold. He even spend few minutes showing me how it work and setting up my new tablet. It was a seamless transaction and a brilliant service.

Just had a really wonderful experience at this Verizon store (after visiting 3 others in NYC)! I have been debating whether to upgrade my phone and have been leaning towards getting rid of my Verizon service all together after previous bad experiences with customer service! But after going here and getting helped out by Javier R. I feel like i have a better phone and plan than ever! Javier really made the process so easy and was very helpful and professional! He was very patient with me and answered all my questions and very clearly laid out my options! Unlike previous experiences with Verizon representatives i did not feel like i was being scammed at all and walked out paying less! I would definitely recommend this Verizon location and if possible ask for Javier!!
