picked up a camera insert and a shoulder pad for my two year old messenger bag... turned a good bag into a great bag.. the bags are well designed and very durable... after much hard use and abuse I threw it into the washing machine and it was like new again.. love the store... staff is very helpful and friendly...

Just had the worst experience. Went there to buy a bag, i found one I really liked. 129$. After 3 days it broke and the corner of the bag was teared. Went to the shop again. They did not want to replace the bag or in anyway help me out. The took pictures of the rapture and said they never seen it happen before. but no help. and i had to walk out disapointed with a brand new broken bag. :(
