I had a reservation and received their "form" email that I guess is supposed to seem personalized. I called them to ask questions. According to their website they are available "around the clock" to address questions/concerns and ensure that your move goes well. I left a message at this location and I never received a call back. I also emailed them without response or acknowledgement until the day after my reservation when I received another automated form email saying I had missed my reservation. I am glad I didn't store my belongings with them, as I can't imagine relying on a company with such abhorrent customer service.
