This location has seen it's best days behind it. 2012 and earlier, this was a great place for hungry money makers. Then, they had homeless problems, street vendors...
I left when they scaled back on key card security.
Still, it is 24/7, even if the staff is hit or miss, and they lack most of the perks they offered 5 years ago.

This is the business place for the business people. Open 24/7
Love it.

This is a terrible storage unit. After they initially rope you in, they slowly increase the monthly payment. Within 8 months of my joining, my monthly payment went up 20%. Also, make sure you read the fine print cause 24/7 might not mean that they're open around the holidays.

I really like supporting local businesses that I can feel good about and Manhattan Mini Storage really fits into that genre!
They support local events like being a drop off point for the IRC and the NYC homeless. They defend Carriage Horses. They have really fun and useful things to say on Twitter! And then they add great looking signs to read on NYC subways, too.
All that said, I am so glad that they are there for me too when it comes to storage. I don't think I could survive in NYC without using Manhattan Mini Storage for my season clothing, my holiday decor, or all the other "crap:" necessary to my life, but impossible to fir into my apartment!
