The Dealership and Service department was great BUT the woman that answered the phone was rather rude and not polite. She didn't take any information or listen to our problems to the car.My previous experience with other dealership and service department they would take all the information needed about the car, instead she said rather rudely 'I Don't Take That Information, Tell The Services People!' You need to train your employee how to speak with customers and dealing with customers. Also maybe an upgrade to the system so reception and take that information. Thank You!

I enjoyed the NEW look thank you for the hospitality!! But I believe communication is KEY and service writers should go the extra step to provide their customers value information on what $ amount prior to ANY service. I would've given a 5 star and a 10 for recommendation, but my opinion change on the day of my service at Manfredi. I extend my gratitude to the entire Manfredi service team
