I used to frequent often and always was helped by a kind older gentleman. Messed up some orders at times but it was relatively good... I am understanding it happens at times. The other girl, who turns out to be owner, was always rude and short toward me and others. I dont think she realizes it. Even Now. Today I went in again ... give business another try again .... Today owner starts screaming at me YOU KNOW THERE IS $ 10 MIN on credit !!! -- was blown away then keeps yelling at me... tells me get out of her store and she dont need my business. I have to 2 business and will make if know my staff who frequents business will not be going there. Also will be posting to all reviews on internet as well as letters to chamber of commerce and blogs. When I called she continued to fight with me ... I was at this time expecting an apology and this could have been avoided. Yes I will GO TO SEABREEZE DELI from now on. Have never had any issues with them. Have never had anyone... not to say someone i am doing business with talk to me in this manner. Customers go elsewhere or you too might be blasted with rudeness ... I am aware people have bad days and this could have been avoided ... even on telephone she kept acting like I AM at fault. Isn't customer always right! I know in my businesses they are, and that;s why they are very successful.... BAD BUSINESS WOMEN, You too might be at the other end of her rampage. CUSTOMERS BEWARE.
