Bad communication all around
First of all let me say that the braider who did my hair did not listen and neither did the shop owner. I asked for medium sized box braids and left with small braids. Think of spaghetti squash. Now I am taking my hair out because it didn't come out the way I expected it to and it was too tight in some places. I discussed 60 dollar boxbraids over the phone only to be told my braids wee 80 dollars later. Complete waste of money and time after sitting in a chair for 6 hours. They wont get my business again but my advice to anyone thinking of trying Mam African Hair Braiding is be clear and specific or you wont leave happy.
