I ordered toasted bagel with cream cheese. Server takes my order then starts working on the order from guy behind me. I assumed my bagel was toasting; I waited a few min and he says he's going to do my cream cheese. Get home and he never toasted it. Very upset with them, been going their periodically over past 15 years. Food is decent

Woman who worked there has serious attitude issues when serving me. Muttered under her breath which I could hear what she said .. Not nice at all.
Food wasn't much good either. Use the Italian down the block next time..

I have been going to Malverne bagels for the last year. Out of 100 times visiting Malverne Bagels, My sandwich was messed up 50 times. There is one guy that works there that cannot get a sandwich right to save his life. Out of the 50 times I had problems, he made the sandwich every single time.
Spare yourself a headache and let one of the girls make your sandwich.
If you see a guy with a hairy back and he asks "how can I help you", simply reply "you cant" and wait for somebody that knows what theyre doing.
