No frills place for very delicious food. Try the goat stew and Guanobana smoothie.
And I also paid twice less than I would anywhere else in Manhattan.

This is my favorite Dominican restaurant in New York City (besides my mom's kitchen, of course). I almost always get the Sopa de Mondongo, or cow tripe soup. You will not be disappointed. Their rotisserie chicken is top notch as well.

Their chicken is famous. I instead had salmon in Mexican style. I only expected a small portion since it was salmon. But they gave a lot (a lot) of salmon that I had to work so hard to finish. The same for other grills that my friends ordered. The portions are really big here. Keep that in mind when you order your meal there. :)

I discovered this restaurant in the summer and have been there plenty of time since. The food is consistently great. Today me and my friend went for brunch after long Halloween night. when we asked for a booth they didn't have one at the moment but manager Jay moved us once it was available. He kept a pitcher with water on our table since we were asking for refills. Also at the end he suggested us milk layered cake that we haven't tried before and it was delicious . So attentive to the details and food was so yammy :) it was a highlight of our day!
