Great Experience with a great attorney! My wife and I hired Shawn Malachovsky to prepare my marriage based green card case. He was very detailed and patient with us and prepared the case and us well every step of the way. He always answered my calls and emails and gave me all the information I needed looking a few steps a head. He also prepared my wife and I for the adjustment interview and everything went smooth and I received my conditional green card fast. 2 years later just before I was about to petition to extend my green card for to the permanent card my wife and I had a bad break up and then divorce. I was devastated and thought my American dream was over and contacted Shawn to see if there was anything he could do. Shawn was amazing, he told me we had to build a case to show that my marriage was real even though I was now divorced. . . he guided me and worked on this case for several months. I got my permanent green card after about a year and a half and didn't even have to go on another interview because the case he prepared was that good! Two years after that when I had 5 years as a green card holder I contacted Shawn to prepare my naturalization/US citizenship application. . . he even gave me tips on how to study for the civics exam. Six months later I got my U.S. Citizenship! Shawn really knows what he is doing and can't thank him enough he is the best immigration attorney and I recommend him to everyone!
