Scam Beware!
This is one of those job agencies that have fake job postings and when you apply for one of them they call you up immediately. They ask you some basic questions about the job and then send you an e-mail. In the e-mail they ask some random questions about the job, your birthday and last four numbers of your SSN. After you give this they say they will contact you when their client gets back to them - which is never as the job never existed. And now they have your identity.
Whatever happens do not give your SSN and birthday information to these guys
