Major Homes Corporation

Major Homes was the 3rd GC we had bid the renovation of our store but Major's Joe Matelsky was the first to realize there was a serious problem with the plans. They got the job then. If we had gone with another GC we would have had to pay for the reno and then pay for the correction. You might find other honest contractors but you wont find as smart contractors. GCs typically call every few days reporting some unforeseen problem that is going to cost you more money. It is not that they are necessarily dishonest but that they did not think enough about the project before hand. We received ZERO surprise calls from Major. We have asked Major to hold on to our store keys. If there was ever a problem while we were away there is no one else we would trust going into our store

I had called a lot of different places, and researched who I was going to use for adding a deck to my house. I selected Major homes because their reputation is spotless.
Since i have used them for multiple home improvment projects in my home and would recomend them to anyone. they are punctual, clean and friendly and give realistic date of compleation. thank you Major Homes!
