Majestic Hand Car Wash

Liked it much better when it was Waterworks and before it was taken over by new management. The service is very unprofessional. No troubles at the entrance but when i went to the cash register a guy walked behind the counter while on the phone, took my payment, and walked away without giving me my change still talking on the phone. No "Have a nice day" or a "Thank You". They slam the car doors when they close them. My car wasn't even cleaned the way it should've been for the VIP service I paid for. I felt it was lousy the couple other times I have been there but this was definitely it for me. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Worst car wash they had to put my truck through the car wash twice it still didn't clean. They didn't dry the car right. The people showed no urgency to clean my car. I wasted 16 dollars for nothing

I always go to this car wash, admittedly though not as much as I should. I always get great service and a hand cleaned car. If Frank the owner is in, make sure to say, "Hello." He's a nice guy and funny too, giving that homely feel to the business. I'll be sure to continue bringing my Yoda to Majestic Hand Car Wash and you should too!
