Absolutely love this store! The customer service is stellar. Elaine/Alaine (sorry for the mis-spelling) is excellent I have bought 5 pairs of shoes from her in 2 months. NOTHING but the best!!

My experience was not good. I went into the shop that was a bit hard to find from the exterior store front.

I had to ask for help when it was not that busy the sales person was not that enthusiastic about helping me.
I requested an equivalent of an american size twelve, the sneakers were brought out a size too small.
I was assured that this was my size it was not, as I wanted to trust their opinion. I ended up bringing them back.
