The worst service I ever saw in a restaurant or bakery. Wether it is service, purchase, orders there is always something that goes wrong.
The employers are not professional, not paying attention to the customer, not really polite.
This place is getting a buzz that is not deserved.

As a French living in NYC I was pleased to find a place like this. French baguettes and pastries made like back home in Paris. Everything is fresh. This is probably the French signature. One little thing to complaint about is the prices. Way to expensive when you know in France a baguette is around 95 cents € here is around $3/$4 for the basic baguette... But I heard that everything French in NYC comes with a price. The staff is very friendly even if once they gave me a regular butter croissant instead of my almond croissant.
