They did not bother to answer my e-mails to customer service and even though they were open when i called The person answering the phone was very rude and dismissive. Will not recommend this store to anyone and will take my business to someone more professional.

The visit to the shop was a pleasant surprise for me. It is in a pretty big mansion and the showroom is classic and well decorated. The interior atmosphere made me want to play music. They have a large selection of quality string instruments. The violins we rented were very good. The rental fee was also very reasonable. All the staff were kind, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend the main violin shop.

I rented my daughter's violin and their service was very good and the condition was excellent teacher said. I fully recommend this store.

This is a very good instrumental shop; probably one of the best in the tri-state area. If you are serious about buying an instrument this is the place I would recommend.

Actually, this shop is good. They have good artists and spirits. However, they don't know what is real art is.They falling in love with music but not art. Some workers are rude.
