Delicious food, I like the low mein noodles in the roast pork wonton soup

I should say the taste is not so bad, but the attitude of the people is really terrible. After eating a bowl of noodle of about 8.x dollars, I gave them 20 dollars. But they just gave me 9.x dollars back. I asked for a receipt, the waiter was not willing to give it to me and claimed that I did not give him tips, although I did not say if I would pay the tips. What was worse, he used very rude words and said that I should not enter this restaurant any more. At that moment, I felt that I was treated as a beggar. I thought that even they asked me to have free foods, I would not enter. I insisted checking the receipt, and finally I saw it. It was clear for all even I did not pay the tips, they already charged me excess money, because the money I should pay is 9.x dollars (including tax). The waiter had no words. When I was leaving the restaurant, I heard that a woman (boss?) said rude words after asking the waiter. Of course, all these words from the waiter and the woman were in Chinese. I was not sure whom are those words from the woman to. However, I was sure that I would never enter this restaurant.
This is so stupid and ugly. Admittedly, this will not happen for all people. But just one case is sufficient to reveal the problems.
