I've had my house cleaned 3 times now. The first time I wasn't pleased because some things weren't done. I called right away and they had the person back in about 30 minutes. She finished and I was very satisfied. That would have been enough for me to try again, but Maid Pro gave me a very nice discount for the next cleaning. The last 2 times I've been very satisfied. I am very impressed with how important customer satisfaction is to them. they are very pleasant to deal with. Jamie has been cleaning and she is very pleasant and I trust her in my home. That is very important to me.

There was a bit of time when the cleanings were not up to par after our usual lady Heidi had to change her schedule, but now they are immaculate once again!!! I love coming home after a cleaning because the house is absolutely spotless. I believe it is Kim who now cleans our home and she puts her heart into it. I recommend MaidPro to anyone who has animals, kids, or just a busy schedule where they cannot find time to pick up the home.

I've been using Maidpro for almost a year, and I couldn't be happier. The cleaning is thorough, the products used smell wonderful, and the team I have, Margie and Nicki, couldn't be nicer. I have used other companies in the past with far less satisfactory results. I am pleased to recommend this group to all comers.

My wife and I had our house cleaned by this company 2 times. The first time was ok and we had them clean all 3 floors. The most recent time we had the house cleaned the person who cleaned didn't do a number of the things they checked off on the list that were supposed to be done. We called to complain but the company was very resistant in fixing the situation. We were also charged the same amount as the first cleaning, even though we had them clean only 2 floors. The most they did was offer a slight discount on our next cleaning. We won't be using them again.
