This may not sound like a positive review, but it is! I started using Maid Pro in August, I think. A team of two came for several weeks. I was not happy, but I stayed in communication, each time answering the survey and/or calling/emailing the office and voicing what I needed to. I never felt snubbed and thought that they were very responsive to my feedback. I still was not happy and asked for someone else. So now I have had the same person probably for the last 6 or 7 cleanings. I love her!
If I had used an individual, I would not have had anyone else to give my requests/complaints to, and I would have had to find someone else myself. I think their business practices are great - very customer oriented.
I think that the first pair and I were just not a good match.
Also, I had asked for my ceiling fans to be cleaned. We have high ceilings. They look out for the safety of their clients, so the owner came to clean my fans. We have 5 of them in the house, so it took a while. When he was finished, I asked him how much more that would cost and he said NOTHING!
I am a happy camper! Use them and speak up if you have additional requests, or don't feel satisfied about something.
