This place is a disorganized mess. Husband called to make an appointment and was told they don't make appointments, walk-ins only and to call ahead of time to make sure an xray tech was there to do it. So he called Monday morning and was told that although there was a tech there the person in charge of scheduling wasn't in yet so she would have her call him back. He waited a while with no return call and decided to just drive up there and walk in since he already took the day off work and knew there was a tech there. He gets there (no one else was in the waiting room when he got there so it wasn't busy) and fills out the paperwork and waits probably 20-30 minutes before he was informed that he'd have to make an appointment and come back Wednesday or Friday because it's a procedure that needs to be done while the radiologist is in. Frustrating since he wasn't told any of this from the get go and a lot of his time was wasted. (Also, I thought they didn't take appointments?) So their system was down but she assured him she would put him in for a Friday 9am appointment. Thankfully he didn't fully trust her and called to confirm - they made the appointment for 10am. He also had to ask them if there were any prep instructions and it's a good thing he asked because he had no idea he was supposed to fast for six hours ahead of time - he probably would've eaten breakfast and been sent home and rescheduled, forcing him to take a third day off of work. Anyway here we are Friday morning at 11:45 - one hour and 45 minutes past his appointment time and he's just now gotten called back. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.
