this is a nail / hair salon and the hair part i didnt pay attention to but i went in there to get my nails done in emergency and im never going back. it being my first time there, the customer service was horrible. the guy at the front desk acted like he could care less if i stayed or left. he also seemed like the boss which makes that worse. i sat down and waited so long like a half hour,when i tried to get up to leave then they noticed i was there. but i still waiting five more minutes. the lady drilled my old acrylic set off my nails because she said soaking would take to long, then she tried to take them off with a metro card...i told her hell no. the drill got so hot it burned me. im also missing skin on my left pinky. i didnt want to be rude and leave when she already started so i let her finish. dumb on my part.. she didnt know what she was doing with the acrylic. she finally finished and put me under the handdryer and when i got up to leave she stopped me at the door to make me give her a tip. mind you she took forever to give me my bill because she was ignoring me. im going to pull the race card because they accommodated to the Caucasian people before the blacks and Spanish. this is Astoria. not surprising. im not the only one who had a problem. a spanish lady brought her own utensils for her feet and they gave her a problem to use them. they insisted on using there tools because they were "the same" NO lord knows how they clean their things... i wouldve done the same thing. the containers they had there stuff in was dirty. i didnt let her use them on me. the whole experience was just... NO. never going back,
