Horrible experience. My dress was never pressed and it looked like it was crumbled up. She told me she lost my dress and couldn't find it. Then told me I never got my dress done there. She argued with me that my wedding is 3 days away and I should come pick the dress up that morning because there's no reason for me to have it so early. She never did the bustle. The dress was never pressed and looked in worse condition when I got it back then when it originally came in. There were threads hanging out all over the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will be taking Lydia to small claims court. I paid $500 for her to take care of my dress I should have gotten it back in pristine condition not how shitty it looked when it came back to me

I had dropped off two dresses one for an out door reception and one for the church. One of the main reasons I dropped of f my formal dress was the zipper needed repair and they never did it! The other dress was never altered to completion so it hung off my body and could not even be worn and I had to pin my formal dress, how bad is that? I could not wait to get it off. I figured at least I have another dress. Nope, Like I said it hung off my body. I wore jeans to my reception and barely got any pictures because of it. I will call them tomorrow when they open and see how they deal with me. I did not check their work. I felt like I was in good hands. I just did not feel the need. At all!. I paid 175.00 for un completed work. It runined my wedding for me.
