Day care owner is extremely inconsiderate to neighbors. I understand you have a business to run but there is a limit to everything. Not once since you opened was I able to take a nap or relax in the afternoon. Because of you rain or snow is a good news, because that means there will be no screaming by my window. I made two attempts to ask nicely to keep it down. Hanging up your phone on me is not an answer. I hope you do not just ignore kids and parents the same way your ignore your neighbors
