I haven't waited in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. They space out appointments unlike some places that double book and make you wait for them. Then they fall behind and try to rush you; not here though. Dr Madura takes his time with each patient and makes sure the work is right before sending you on your way. I had a front tooth break on me right before a vacation and Dr Madura met me at the office on a Saturday (his day off) to repair it. Office staff are extremely friendly, knowledgable and caring. They all work really well together and if I could rate them a 10, I certainly would.
