The Madox is the real thing. It is like living at a luxury hotel, staffed by 100% nice people (the ones who normally only staff the "concierge floor" at the best hotels), and with your own furniture. :-) It is a green building staffed by genuinely nice people. It is close to the light rail, three ferry terminals, two PATH stations, multiple dry cleaners, and multiple restaurants, including Light Horse Cafe. The units are bright and well-maintained, with stainless kitchen appliances and built-in washer/dryer in every unit. They have a really nice, clean workout room. There is a 24 hour concierge service--every one of the concierges is super nice--and they sign for packages. They have an email system so that when you get a package, you know to come and pick it up. Really neat rooftop deck with a view of the Statue of Liberty and downtown Manhattan. Gas grills galore! Really--you have to move here.

I moved into the MADOX (from Bklyn, NY) in June 2015 and am 100% in love! William Garcia (the Leasing Director) is AMAZING and always available to answer any questions or to expedite any tenant requests. Aesthetically, the MADOX wins hands down versus other buildings in the area. The apartments are beautifully designed, and the amenities (cozy lounge with a huge flat screen TV, fully equipped gym, roof deck with state of the art grills.,etc.)....I can honestly go on and on! Their attention to detail is impeccable and I absolutely LOVE the quiet/picturesque PAULUS HOOK neighborhood. And, if you need to get to NYC, it's a mere 20 minute trip to the WTC. I tell everyone, I'M NEVER MOVING BACK TO NYC!!!
