It is unfortunate that a well established business can think that customer service is not a factor.. Speaking to the store clerk was a horrible experience, "Mike" answered questions with question in a very obnoxious way. "MIKE" said the drive has called twice, but no missed calls.. "Mike" interrupted and acted like a child while trying to negotiate time of delivery.. I feel that a customer should feel valued and happy with the service, not stressed and disappointed. Nevertheless, flowers were nice.

Never again.

This is the place to go ! I had a difficult last minute order...on a day they close early... and the flowers needed to be delivered before a specific time... And I wanted an intricate arrangement ... And they.:. arranged the most beautiful arrangement that blew the picture I saw online away ! It was delivered in a short amount of time at the exact moment I preferred and looked flawless . Whoever makes these arrangements puts their heart and soul into it. Thank you again to them if they read this ! everyone out there this is the place to go!

I pass by this shop often and have ordered from them for holiday. Very pleased. I also enjoy the custom design I asked for and nicely received. They also let me do curbside pick up. This was great since I have small children and it becomes a big pain to park and get in and out of car.

Went to the Brooklyn location to have a consultation about my wedding (super short term). Robert was a pleasure to work with! He was willing to go the extra step and even the arrangements in the window were what we had envisioned. Branches, Orchids, the whole 9. He lovingly gave each of us a rose to take home and even followed up with a phone call in which he gave a better price. They are experienced and knowledge, Unfortunately we went with someone else- only because they had specific pictures of the look I was going for. This is deff. worth a look if planning a large wedding.
