Real estate is nuts in this city, especially with 100s of agents from 100s of firms representing one property. Luckily I worked with Gerard Longo (head honcho!) and felt extremely looked after the whole way through. I felt like a winner from day 1.

Lou has been a great family asset when it comes to investing in Brooklyn. We were novices but thanks to Lou's knowledge of real estate, the economy, interest rates and more has made us very confident and we’re kind of actually building our property portfolio. It still feels odd/new to say that. Thank you!

Lisa's such an amazing lady. Yes, broker fees are a necessity (unfortunately) but when you come across someone who takes time to actually search for something that meets you and your family’s needs (schools, transport, good street parking, safe, grocery stores etc) – it’s worth it! Spend money to save money (and time)!
