We rented a superb Mercedes for 3 days in March 2016. The car was a dream, and Felix the driver was its equal in skill, efficiency, and professionalism. Communications with the company to set up the rental were cordial and easy, and we were completely satisfied with every detail.

We have been using Madison Ave. Limo for several years (after trying many companies before them) and have always had stellar service! The drivers are courteous, prompt and excellent at negotiating any traffic jams/detours. Their cars, whether a sedan, SUV or stretch are new and in pristine condition. I love that I can easily book on-line, get almost immediate confirmation and when the driver is on his way I get a text with his info.
