I have been shopping at this store for 7 years, but today will be my last. The staff is very rude. The last two times I went there I asked to smell a few oils and they acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Today, they started making up prices on the spot. The quality of the products are diminishing. They definitely lost me as a customer.

I was introduced to this store by my uncle 8 years ago and have been customer ever since but I find that the quality of oils is decreasing due my oil turning black in the burner after the tealight goes out leaving me to have to put fresh oil in the burner making my supply run out faster. I also have not had the best customer service from them lately.
