Great experience. Cool little shop/work station. Very reasonable prices. The owner was friendly and removed links from my gift watch. I will surely return to him for all my other watch repair needs. He even had cool rings he made out internal mechanics of old watches to browse while you wait (so cool I had to buy one).

Replaced my battery quickly and efficiently, price was very reasonable. He's a nice old guy, the shop reminds me of the movie Hugo, about living inside a clock. I wanted to like this place a lot.
Next week, same watch had a cracked crystal. He replaced it quickly and for a reasonable amount, using a part he had on hand. But not well done, it was not properly seated. Now dust is getting in to the face. Is he past his prime?
