If I could give no stars I would but they will not allow me. We Had our clothes scheduled for a pick up on the 4th. They finally showed up on the 6th. The clothes were to be back by the 11th. It is the 14th and we are still missing items. They say they open at 7:30 am it is not 7:50 am and no one is picking up. If they were charging 5.00 a shirt I would expect this but this dry cleaning I am missing will cost me over 200.00 in dry cleaning charges. They are unprofessional and if I could save anyone time or money I would try Jeeves or something other than this company. It is insane how they do business. Also this is the 4th time this has occurred so it is my fault for thinking they would change.

Don't use this "Garbage" Laundry Store, If you don't want to regret.

At first time, Madame Paulette's dry cleaning was almost perfect.

but recently, I gave to them my large amount of clothes, also i spent $700 only for dry cleaning.

They made my clothes had shrunk too much and They lost my one shirt and one pant. The biggest

reason made me exploded, they said , they didn't have responsibility for my clothes.

this store has really 'Disgusting customer service' and 'bad dry cleaning.

Years ago, I threw up all over a new, long, camel hair, cashmere overcoat. When I brought it to Mme Paulette, it was wet(not water) and folded in half. I was told they would let it dry out in a "vomit room" and then dry clean it. When i picked it up, the coat was perfect. True story!

I had a jersey material ralph lauren dress that I wanted to have altered to have a new lower cut back. They were the only place that would touch the material and it came out beautifully.

I had a Saint Laurent leather jacket that needed to be cleaned. I’ve had blunders with other places and was nervous about sending this jacket in particular. Mainly, since it was leather. I got it back in a few days, and they even delivered to my apartment. Much more convenient than going to drop it off. (Plus, the concierge who came to drop it off was super friendly, which earns them extra points.) They're a little pricier, but worth it in my book.
