Never had a problem I love Macy's great way to Woodbridge .

Online order & Store pick up sucks...totally worst customer care. It takes same time as you would go in store and purchase it ...so

Staff offers the Macy's experience. Great!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Macy's should close this location and just keep the one down the street at Menlo Park Mall. Much better service.

Do yourself a favor and go to Menlo Park Mall Macy's instead. In the Macy's women's shoe department and the 3 associates were awful. My mother and I were completely ignored by 2 associates that were helping one customer with an exchange and another who was straightening up. The store was closing in 10 minutes so we decided to wait by the register..by time we were acknowledged and directed to go to another register the store was closed. And the associate said she could hold the shoes but we couldn't pay for them because the registers were closed. Doesn't that sound ridiculous! After explaining we'd been waiting she magically made the registers open.. long story short, the Menlo Mall Macy's associates are friendly helpful and attentive unlike these Woodbridge associates.. they suck! And the Menlo Park Mall has a much better atmosphere and selection.
